Shipping & Returns

 

International Orders:
Due to the state of the economy we've had to make some tough business decisions, one being to only ship to addresses within the United States and therefore international orders will not be accepted. In the future we will offer international shipping once again when the economy takes a turn for the better.

 

Domestic Shipping & Returns:
Items are shipped ground delivery via UPS, FedEx, or USPS within the 48 contiguous United States. At this time we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses and we no longer ship to P.O. Boxes.

 

Moreover, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of any kind for orders placed between October 1st and October 30th.

 

Federal law prohibits the return of undergarments: bras, panties, corsets, bustiers, stockings, thongs and swimwear or any set that contains one or more of these for exchange unless the item is deemed defective. There will be no returns or exchanges on costumes, lingerie items, or clearance items.

 

All sales are final on costumes and clearance items.

 

Due to the nature of the products we sell, all sales are considered final.

We try very hard to accurately depict each item we sell and to answer questions promptly.

 

While we make every effort to describe items accurately, pictures and descriptions are for reference only. Due to possible style changes by the manufacturer your costume may differ from shown. And costume package image may differ from costume in package. Items are represented with manufactures image & descriptions, and may differ slightly from shown.

 

Q: What if I change my mind, or I don't like it once I get it?
A: Again, due to the nature of the products we sell, all sales are considered final. We try very hard to accurately depict each costume we sell, so as to avoid such circumstances. So please select your items carefully, and be sure to read each description thoroughly, so you know exactly what you will be getting before you order ~ thank you!

 

Q: How do I cancel an order after it is placed?
A: Unfortunately, it is often not possible to cancel an order once it is placed. If an order is in stock, it will be processed immediately. In short, you should consider that an in stock order placed is an order immediately processed and shipped and therefore not possible to cancel.

 

All 4th quality/4th class Bucky items are sold as-is,  no returns.
These models may have imperfections, including but not limited to:
Possible missing/loose hardware (screws/nuts), unfinished/discolored, slightly warped bones, or may have unattached Ribs (can be re-attached with strong adhesive).  These models may have imperfections varying from Skeleton to Skeleton,  & some imperfections may not be listed.But keep in mind these are still great as an educational tool for students, and a great prop for stage, or Halloween Haunters.

 

 

Please Note: There are no Returns accepted for 4th the Quality Goods.
Sorry, No Exceptions. All sales of 4th quality goods are final.

 

On the rare occasion when a return is warranted, the returned item must be postmarked within 3 days of the delivery and all shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.  Items returned without a Return Authorization will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.  This includes any shipments returned because they are undeliverable to the shipping address, or any packages refused.

Shipping charges of any kind are non-refundable in all instances.
